If you have a complaint about our service or products please contact Customer Services. All complaints will be dealt with in a fair and confidential manner. It is our policy to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 30 days, keeping you informed along the way. We welcome any comments, which help to improve our services. KiD Catering Equipment is an authorised and manufacturer approved UK supplier of commercial catering kitchen & bar equipment for bars, bistros, restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, conference centres, museums, hospitals, residential, nursing and care homes, leisure centres, bowling alleys, garden centres, local authorities, shops and offices, boats and ships and any establishment that operates a commercial foodservice kitchen. Other services include CAD 3D design, equipment installation, equipment spare parts, catering equipment repairs, stainless steel fabrication, extraction & ventilation systems, gas safety inspections, gas interlocks, planned maintenance contracts, servicing and project management right across the United Kingdom.
