SH7000 Cutlery Polisher

An excellent mobile floor standing automatic cutlery polisher with a large throughput of 7000 - 8000 pieces of cutlery per hour.

Built from high quality reliable components and finished off with a casing of bright stainless steel that allows the unit to be easily cleaned.

The unit dries and polishers automatically not only stainless steel, but silver cutlery also.

Conforming with public health, the unit is equipped with a germicide ultraviolet lamp which attains the level set by EU Directive of Public Health 93/43/EWG.

The wet cutlery is taken directly from the dishwasher and loaded into the upper opening of the Cutlery unit. The items are then in contact with the heated granulate* within the unit and with the accompanied controlled vibration of the internal hopper tank, the cutlery completes a cleaning cycle, then passes through the germicide lamp and finally emerges within approximately 40 seconds later fully sanitised, dried and polished and can be set out immediately on the tables ready for service.
