- How do I go about searching for a product?
You can go to Search and type in the product you are looking for, a product code if known, or by brand name.
You can also browse through the categories listed on the home page.
- Is it safe to send my credit card details?
Yes, firstly your details are safe because you create a user name and password that only you know and have access to. Secondly our site is encrypted, which is the process of converting data into "unreadable code".
We also use firewalls to block unauthorised traffic to the servers. Basically meaning other users cannot look at your order whilst you are on our secure screens. You will know when you are entering them because a message will appear informing you and also a padlock will be shown at the bottom of your browser window.
- Can I view my previous orders?
Yes, all you have to do is login with your user name and password and then click either the Order History link on the main menu to the right of the screen.
- What are the benefits of registering online?
You can shop anytime of night and day, browsing the entire KiD product range and still receive the same discounts as orders placed by phone or fax.
- Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?

- How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all stock items within 24 hours on receipt of order during standard business hours for delivery to UK residents. Goods delivered direct from the manufacturer are usually dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of order unless otherwise advised. Orders must be received before 12 noon for next day delivery. For remote areas, off-shore and Northern Ireland, please allow 3 - 4 days delivery. Due to weight restrictions additional charges may apply.
A small charge of £15.00 + Vat is made on all individual orders and applies to our standard delivery service. Premium carriage rates are charged according to those in force at the current time of ordering.
Large, heavy and fragile items require a little extra time and we give an indication of a likely delivery period by the product. For delivery outside the UK Mainland there is an additional delivery charge, which we can quote on your email acknowledgement. Also in the unlikely event that a product needs to be collected for return outside the UK, a handling charge may apply.
Hazardous products (e.g.: butane canisters) may only be sold on the UK Mainland.

- Do I have to register?
Yes, you need a user name and password so you can safely shop on-line.
- Goods Delivery Handling Responsibility
You will need to be sure that you have sufficient and proper equipment and that your own designated personnel are available to unload products/goods delivered to your premise(s) as the delivery companies drivers are not obliged/required to provide assistance in unloading and or siting your order. In all cases, drivers will unload the vehicle to your premise(s) kerbside/loading bay area.
