Manual Cutlery Polisher (Cutlery Polishers | UK Catering Equipment)

Manufactured from high grade stainless steel throughout, this unit  will clean 2000 pieces per hour.

To operate this unit, simply fill the stainless steel basket (supplied) with cutlery and then place in vibrating tank filled with granulate*.  After one minute, lift out the basket and your cutlery will be completely dried, and polished.

The machine is filled with a unique foodsafe granulate which is heated to a set temperature and the cutlery passes through this and is polished and dried within one minute per cycle.

The operating temperature reaches 80°C in order to eliminate possible pathogenic germs present on the cutlery, in conformity with the HACCP standard.

The granulate is a plant product which is decomposable into organic substances.

Thanks to evaporation phenomenon, it keeps constantly dry and can be efficiently used for about 60 days.
